Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy
Many batteries, inverters, chargers and other products sold through AmanBattery.com are covered by a manufacturer warranty.
This Warranty Policy explains the general process for warranty-related assistance. The actual warranty period, coverage, exclusions and claim procedure may vary by brand, model and product.
Manufacturer Warranty
Unless specifically stated otherwise, warranty coverage for third-party branded products is provided by the respective manufacturer according to the manufacturer's applicable warranty terms.
Aman Battery Parts sells products from multiple manufacturers, and warranty conditions may therefore differ from one product to another.
Customers should refer to the warranty information supplied with the product, manufacturer documentation and any warranty details displayed on the relevant product page.
Warranty Period
The warranty period applicable to a product is the period specified by the manufacturer for that particular model.
We do not apply one common warranty duration to all products.
Where a product page displays a warranty duration, customers should also refer to the manufacturer's applicable warranty terms for details regarding free-replacement, pro-rata, service or other warranty stages.
Warranty Registration
Some manufacturers may require product or warranty registration, invoice details, serial numbers, installation information or other documentation.
Customers are responsible for completing manufacturer registration requirements where applicable.
Proof of Purchase
Customers should retain their purchase invoice and relevant product/warranty documentation.
A valid purchase invoice, product serial number, warranty card or other information may be required by the manufacturer or service centre when processing a warranty claim.
How to Request Warranty Assistance
If a product develops a problem that may be covered under warranty, please first contact us through our Contact Us page or follow the applicable manufacturer's warranty procedure.
Please provide, where available:
- Order number or purchase invoice
- Product name and model
- Serial number or other product identification
- Description of the problem
- Photographs or videos where relevant
- Warranty card or registration details where applicable
We may guide the customer toward the applicable manufacturer, authorised service centre or warranty process depending on the brand and nature of the issue.
Product Testing & Inspection
Warranty claims may require inspection or technical testing before the manufacturer determines whether the reported issue is covered.
For batteries, this may include testing of battery condition, voltage, charging system, installation, usage conditions or other factors relevant to the warranty claim.
For inverters, chargers and electrical equipment, diagnostic or service-centre inspection may be required.
Warranty Resolution
The available warranty resolution is determined according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
Depending on the product and warranty stage, the resolution may include repair, replacement, service, pro-rata adjustment or another remedy specified by the manufacturer.
A warranty claim does not automatically entitle the customer to an immediate refund.
Warranty vs Returns
Warranty claims and returns/refunds are separate processes.
Problems reported immediately after delivery, such as receiving a damaged, incorrect or materially defective product, should be reported according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
A product issue arising later during ownership may instead fall under the applicable manufacturer warranty.
Common Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's own terms and exclusions. Depending on the product, warranty may not cover issues resulting from circumstances such as:
- Physical or accidental damage after delivery
- Improper installation
- Incorrect application or incompatible use
- Misuse or operation outside specified conditions
- Unauthorised repair, modification or tampering
- Damage caused by external electrical conditions where excluded by the manufacturer
- Failure to follow required maintenance instructions
- Damage to identification labels or serial numbers
- Normal wear or consumable deterioration where excluded from warranty
The manufacturer's warranty document and applicable law will determine the actual coverage for each product.
Automotive Battery Warranty
Automotive battery warranty claims may require testing of both the battery and the vehicle charging system.
A discharged battery does not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect. Charging-system problems, electrical leakage, vehicle usage patterns or improper installation may need to be ruled out during diagnosis.
Inverter Battery Warranty
Inverter battery warranty may depend on correct installation, charging conditions, water maintenance where applicable, usage patterns and compliance with the manufacturer's instructions.
The applicable manufacturer warranty terms should always be followed.
Inverter & Electronic Product Warranty
Inverters, chargers, battery testers and other electrical products may require inspection or repair through the manufacturer's authorised service network.
Where on-site service or authorised service-centre support is offered by the manufacturer, the customer may be directed to that process.
Transportation for Warranty Claims
Warranty does not necessarily include free pickup or transportation of the product.
Any transportation, service-centre delivery or pickup arrangement will depend on the manufacturer's warranty process, product type, location and applicable terms.
Please contact us before shipping a product for warranty inspection unless you have already received instructions from the manufacturer or authorised service centre.
Third-Party Manufacturer Decisions
For manufacturer-backed warranties, final approval or rejection of a warranty claim may be determined by the manufacturer or its authorised service network after inspection.
Aman Battery Parts can assist customers with available information and reasonable coordination, but we cannot override a manufacturer's warranty decision where the warranty is administered by that manufacturer.
